I am trying to enable SSL for my domain (details can be provided privately).
Settings > SSL > Enable
When selecting the Enable option I receive a message saying "Error encountered creating certificate".
I've seen a few posts with similar issues but solutions have been varied. Does anyone know how to work around this issue?
My domain resides with Namecheap but I host my site through Weebly. I created two A records (@, www) which point to a weebly IP addresss. I do not have any AAAA or CNAME records.
Thanks!

I don't see any dns info either. Can you post a screenshot of your domain manager page? You may need to reach out to Namecheap for assistance.

I'm having trouble viewing the DNS records for your domain, which might be causing a problem issuing an SSL certificate. Did you recently update your DNS @11276?

Thanks @Adam, I updated them about 72 hours ago. I'm using the following records:
A @ 199.34.228.77
A www 199.34.228.77

@Bernadette Thanks for the confirmation -- I will reach out to Namecheap to see if they can resolve.
