Replace Layout Bug

There is this bug when I try to replace the image layout. I have a video of this. when I try to click buttons, the GUI just shakes.

I dont know if its just me or if its a bug for everyone.

There isn't a layout to cancel from what I can see, @TechKnow. Also, it looks like that may be a splash page? I think the easiest way to fix this would be to delete the page and create a brand new one since there isn't any content on the page except for the background image.
