Removing white space after header and first paragraph of content

 I've searched all the articles in this forum and tried out the suggestions and nothing has worked. I am not familiar with CSS/HTML. But I can follow step by step instructions.

It's as if there are spacers but nothing is there. I've tried searching through main.less for padding numbers but that doesn't exist and this is what my main.less section says:

/*
Theme Name: Serene - Responsive Weebly Theme and Template
Theme URI: https://www.baamboostudio.com/project/serene-weebly-theme.html
Version: 2.0
Author: Baamboo Studio
Author URI: https://www.baamboostudio.com
*/

@import'resets';
@import'global';
@import'header';
@import'ui-kit';
@import'page-types';
@import'commerce';
@import'blog';
@import'responsive'

Here is the website mentioned: https://www.serenityspringsmha.com/

@SerenitySprings No coding is required. You've inadvertently increased the height of your first page section (the one with the title, "Saving Your Marriage Before (and after) It Starts") so that it is much taller than the content it contains (the last item in that section is the "Email Me" button). In the Site Editor, click in the section and scroll down to the bottom of the section (the section will be outlined in blue). Grab the bottom line of the section and drag it upward. You'll see the section height change as you do this. Keep dragging until the section stops decreasing in height (it will stop by itself and the height of the section will change from a number to "auto").
