No Checkout available in Settings for Starter Plan

Hi there, I have contacted weebly support twice now since friday when i purchased this plan, and have had no response at all. I am frustrated as my website is active but you cannot buy anything from there. Also the $100 google credit code I was supposed to receive when I purchased teh plan...expired! This is starting to feel like a huge mistake and I am actually thinking about cancelling with weebly and finding something more reliable for my business. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get some help, I would really appreciate it very much, thank you so much!

@DWalsh    check your plan details.

Is Ecommerce included in the STARTER PLAN?

i have CONNECT PLAN. the only thing i have is the abikity to connect a dot com domain.  The store is onky when i up grade further

Hi there, and thank you. Yes it is supposed to include ecommerce but it hasn't updated at all since I purchased it on Friday. I don't know what's going on. I have tried to get someone to help me several times using contact page but sadly no response. Is this typical of weebly to have no support at all? Its all just so frustrating at this point

I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time reaching support, @DWalsh. Email requests are typically responded to within 48 hours, but can take longer depending on queue volume. Chat support is also available during call center hours Mon-Fri 6am-6pm PST, and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PST. 

Did you ever hear back from a team member? I checked your site, and am able to add items to the cart, then proceed to the checkout page.
