Postage not calculating properly when credit card details saved.

Hi, I have used my site as a customer to see if it's working properly. It calculated postage fine with the standard site and checkout. However, when i saved my payment details and used this feature next time on the site, the postage rates weren't updating properly as i changed my cart to different products and were incorrect. I even purchased thing to make sure.Whats going wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @misslettuceleaf Can you please confirm one or some of the products you are testing? You saved your information under the customer account feature?

Sorry, I was having trouble posting a response due to java script.
Hi Bernadette, I enable my credit card details to be saved and put in a code next time i check out to use them, postage is stuck. For instance, it does not matter what i put in my cart eg 4 bubble bars should be $10. If it’s $10 already it will stay at $10 if i add more items such as Bath Bombs, it Should change to $14 or $20 depending on what i add to my cart. I changes accordingly when i just use normal checkout and disable saving credit card details

Hm.. that does sound like strange behavior. Are you able to try from a different browser? Or a different device?

Yes, I have tried on an ipad and a laptop. Still the same problem. It also gets my address and area wrong on the saved details and i have to go in  and change them. If i edit my address it calculates the right postage, if i don't it checks out with the wrong postage.
