Link to section doesn't work in preview

I was trying to test out the link I set to the contact form on my home page (an anchor link), but it seems as if it won't function in the preview; clicking on it seems to do nothing except refresh the page. Just wanted to make sure it's actually functional and it is indeed a symptom of previewing the site.

Oh, I didn't realize your site wasn't published. It should work fine on the published website; it's only within the editor where it won't work.
