Pop up banner when add to cart
HI there, I am moving my client site from Squrespace to Weebly and happy to do it. We already have one site with Weebly and I love how it works. I would like to add a pop up disclamer on three products when the cutomer clicks "add to cart". I can do it in squarespace with something they have called Form when entering the product info and it works great. I only need it on a few items but basically it is alerting the patients and saying that a phone consult is needed before this particular product is shipped so make sure to include phone number. Is this possible without a lot of HTML?

Great question, @destinyro!
I don't think there's an easy way to insert a popup in between clicking add to cart and actually adding the item to the cart. You could add one to the product page so it pops up when he product page is visited, though.
Go to the item in your account dashboard, click on it to edit it, then click on the "..." button at the top and choose Save and view. That should open the item page in the website editor.
You'll see a long description area where you can add an embed code element to include a third party popup script. You can also add apps if you use a popup app from the App Center, too.

Thanks Adam. I often wish I could just access your brain, get all my answers at once.... I already have "You May Also Like" in that area. I need a way to make sure that the consumer knows that for this particular product (I have five like this, not all products require this) the doctors office will call them for a phone consult before the order is shipped since it's retinol based. This is a feature available on another platform, see screenshot below). It pops up when I add to cart. I would heistate putting it on the page itself when visited as I feel it is something that would possibly prevent people from ordering rather that after they add to their cart. I do have the info in the product description area as of now but it would be great to be able to put it somewhere more visible since it's so importatn instead of the long description area which falls low down on the page. I noticed on the Weebly chekckout page there is an area at the bottom that says Helpful Information. Can that be utlizied? Right now I can't even get to it, don't know where it's attached to and I can't edit. I don't need an area for note to seller. I need a specific area for note to buyer. Is that possible? If not now can it be added?

Haha... You'd need to wade through a whole lot of useless information for what you want.
One thing you could do is add a required product option and give it a name like, "Note that a doctor's reference is required before this item can ship", with a single choice "I Understand". Not quite the same as your screenshot, but it would require a customer to say they understand that they need to have a doctor call.
Regarding the text in checkout, go to Settings > Checkout and scroll down. Click on the Add policies button and you'll see two fields there which are added to your checkout.
