I like the way Parallax works with displaying a background
and how the effect looks on my desktop
BUT
On my cell, ipad, and my kid's tablet, it looks the same as if Reveal or None were selected.
Is this just the nature of the beast we call internet?
What I would love to know is
Is there a way to make all devices view that effect in the same anner?
