Can't figure out how to renew SSL on subdomain
Hello--I am getting an error on subdomain teach.teachyourchildtoread.com. People are being blocked because my SSL certificate has expired. How can I renew my SSL certificate?
Thank you,
Mary

Hello,
I posted a question yesterday, but it seems to keep falling in the queue, as more recent questions are getting answered. Can someone please help me with this issue? My website is unusable until I can get this resolved:
Rewrite of the original post:
Hello--I am getting an SSL error on subdomain teach.teachyourchildtoread.com. (My main domain is teachyourchildtoread.com) I have never had a problem with this in 7 years, but now people are being blocked because my SSL certificate has expired. How can I renew my SSL certificate for subdomain teach.teachyourchildtoread.com? (It's been automatically renewed for 7 years up until now, and I don't know why it stopped.)
Thank you,
Mary

Hi Mary
I moved your duplicate post over to this thread so we can keep the conversation in one place. Please see my additional reply about the subdomain.

Thank you, Bernadette! I did get my problem solved. As you said, my subdomain was not pointing to Weebly so this was not a Weebly issue.

Hi Mary. The SSL will only cover the assigned domain for the site. Are you trying to make teach.teachyourchildtoread.com your main url, or does that redirect to a specific page?
