Page (not category) that can be accessed by a link from another page

How do I make a page that isn't accessible from the main menu, but from a link that I have at an existing page accessible from the menu redirecting there?

Basically a Non-clickable Page that can be edited like a standard page (but not shown on the menu).

I thought that's pretty basic to make, but turns out there isn't this option

To hide a page from the main menu simply check the box in the editor....
