Non-clickable menus broken on desktop

The dropdown menus on my site are a mix of clickable and non-clickable menus. The non-clickable ones seem to be broken on desktop, not responding to mouse-over. I've checked using both Chrome and Safari browsers on desktop.

They are clickable on mobile, and the mouse-overs work in the editing environment. 

Any idea what might be causing this problem? Thanks!

Hi, @mythematics. I'm not sure if it's the cause of what, @NJRFTF saw, but you might want to try switching to a standard theme to see if that helps. It's possible it's something being caused by your custom theme.
