Menu Navigation including the logo are missing or have disappeared

I was working on creating a site and have somehow lost my logo and menus.  I am pretty sure they are there but I can't see them.  After reading some of the simliar posts, I changed the theme and that did not work. I also changed from Light to Dark but no change.

I haven't published the site since I was hoping I could somehow restore.  site is act4advisors.weebly.com

Would love it if someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks,

TSA

Hi @tsabboud I have confirmed this is a bug. Smiley Sad The navigation should still show on the live site, though. I'll send you a support  so that you can be updated once they have a resolution. Thanks in advance for your patience.

It looks like our engineers are working on this, although you might be able to get around the issue by changing your theme in the meantime.

It should be noted that when I "preview" another Theme, I can see the menus just fine.

Very sorry to hear, @tsabboud. It sounds like this may be an issue, but I'm checking with tech support.

Hi Bernadette,

I am having this same issue. The navigation bar and top portion of my page is not visible in the editor, however when I look at my published page it is there. My issue is that I cannot edit the title text, etc that is at the top of the page...

i sure hope they can figure this out. I have too much time invested in it and planned to buy the Business subscription when done.

I have changed the theme but it did not fix the issue.  I will wait for the fix.

I'm having the same problem. I added a translator widget into the Header code right before the End of Header code itself. The widget went in just fine but my navigation bar disappeared in the Editor. I've edited html before, so I know not to change any other code or symbols but now I'm afraid to publish anything. Help!

Can you paste in the code you used here in Community, @jmcmichen? It sounds like it's an issue with the code you added.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for responding. Yes it was a problem with the code even though I had removed it. I just got it resolved through a Support chat - I finally had the time to wait for an hour to talk with them. I made a copy of my site and tried changing the theme on it as a test and that worked. The chat guy said I was lucky. Wow, I really wish Weebly had backup and restore for sites! This is scary after all the time I've put into building it.

Here is the code - it's from the Google free translating tool found at http://free-website-translation.com/

I added it just before the </end header> line, then removed it when my nav bar disappeared. I would still like to use it if I can but I'm going to be more cautious in the future. If you have any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them.

Try adding that with an Embed Code element instead. I'm not sure how it adds it to the page exactly, but that should allow you to add it without it causing design issues.

Hi @susiepoulter What is the name of the site, please? You can edit the site title from the Settings tab, and I believe you should still be able to upload the logo so that it appears on the live site.

I'm having the same issue too. My logo has resized itself to being minuscule and my Nav menu has disappeared on editing. Menu is fine on the published site but my logo is not.

HI @Tipsycat. You mean the logo on the live site is not correct, either? What is the site name?
