Mouse over on home page

Hi,

I am editing my home page so that the background is white. When I hover the mouse over the page, the colour becomes a medium gray. I'd like to keep the page white, even when a mouse hovers over it.  How do I do this? Thanks in advance. Ivy

Hi @Ivy. Can you try previewing a new theme called CleanLines? That theme does not have any logo size restrictions and from what I can tell will look very nearly identical to the theme you are currently on.

Hi Bernadette,

OMG, yes! This theme is perfect for my online store. Thank you so much. I'm going with it.

That color change should only happen in the editor, @Ivy; it's meant to help you know which section on the page you are over. Are you seeing it also do that on the live site?

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the quick response. I think I'll go hide under a rock now.  I don't see it on the live site.

While I have you here, right now I just have text at the very top of the home page instead of my logo. When I add my logo, it is very small and it won't enlarge much. How can I get it to be larger?

Thanks Adam for all your help.

Ivy

Hovers can be coded into Web pages using DHTML, JavaScript and other means. Usually, if the function uses JavaScript it is called a mouseover.:smileyhappy  :smileywink:
