Why can't I make my home page an external link so that when they click on the page it will take them to another website?

Not quite sure what you are looking for - do you mean that if someone clicks <Home> on the main menu then they will get directed to a different website or do you want a different website to appear in an iframe on your Home page perhaps?   Need more info to help you!!

I wanted someone to redirect to another page when they clicked on my website on the HOME PAGE. But I solved this by adding  <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL='https://www.weebly.com/r/8ZA4GQ'" /> in the header tag. See if you go to 10percentoff.weebly.com you go to a tab that gives you 10% off Weebly Plans.
