Hi @tinadeTSE It looks like you are using a custom theme. Do you know what was edited in the code? Something appears to be preventing the scroll from working. 
I made a copy of your site and switched it to the Clean Lines theme to double check. Since the site is scrolling okay on a standard theme you will need to double check the custom code that was changed. I unpublished it, but to check you can log into your editor and choose the site titled "copy-the surrogacy experience" then publish to the subdomain setup like below. To unpublish again click on Settings and scroll to the the bottom. Hope this helps!
