Thanks for posting. We've been getting some reports about this and I'm trying to pinpoint the common factor.. Can you please let us know the internet service provider you are using? If you are on a school or work network? Which browser you are using and if you can try in private/ incognito mode? Thanks!

I have clicked on the button to edit my site, but I am just experiencing the continuous circling with a sad page face. I have used both yahoo and google chrome (school network) as the browser with the same result.

This message came up:

5069324-905851301640417477.preview.editmysite.com refused to connect.

As of Dec. 19, 2019, all was in working order.  My email is [email protected]

Hi @pconroy It sounds like your school network may be blocking the editor. Do you have a separate internet connection you can temporarily test out? Like mobile data on your phone?

I have the same issue. I was able to open the editor on my cell phone data (it worked both in incognito and in a regular tab). I was not able to open it at home or at work over the wifi. How should I proceed to make it work on my Mac Books using wifi? I can't edit using my phone.

I am today, but when I tried the other day, I was at home.

Thanks. The wifi did not work at home and school? Do you know if you use the same ISP (internet service provider) for both?

It is not. I just reached out to one of our people, and it looks like others in our district have this problem and they are working on it as well.

It sounds like a network or firewall block. Glad to hear they are working on a resolution, though!
