I was working on creating a site and have somehow lost my logo and menus. I am pretty sure they are there but I can't see them. After reading some of the simliar posts, I changed the theme and that did not work. I also changed from Light to Dark but no change.
I haven't published the site since I was hoping I could somehow restore. site is act4advisors.weebly.com
Would love it if someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
TSA

Hi @tsabboud I have confirmed this is a bug. The navigation should still show on the live site, though. I'll send you a support so that you can be updated once they have a resolution. Thanks in advance for your patience.

It looks like our engineers are working on this, although you might be able to get around the issue by changing your theme in the meantime.

Is there any update on this? I've just encountered this crappy bug my site:
cathughesxo.com
My Nav and Logo DO NOT APPEAR ON MY PUBLISHED SITE but do appear in the editor, which is really screwing up my business. This happened without me changing anything. One day it was fine, couple days later my entire header, nav and logo are gone on my published site! Seems like a Weebly problem, really getting frustrated.
I've tested multiple devices, browser, cleared caches and cookies but no change.

I replied on your other post about this, @CatHughesXO. Can you check for that reply?

Which pages of your site are you seeing that with, @Jarobert? I wasn't sure which site and which pages to check.

Hi @Jarobert I checked the site and I see your logo on all of the pages. Are you still having trouble with this, and if so, what browser are you using?

This bug is still present.
I have two clients who both have the exact same issue.
It's been almost 2 years now and the bug is still here.
Where is the solution Weebly?

Can you post links of the affected sites so we can take a look?

Same thing. Just built a site and my menu nor title is visible on any pages, however they show in editor just fine. There is no way to navigate off the home page once published - if I click in the white area where the menu and title should be it takes me back to the same page. Need a solution.

The domain name appears to be loading a Go Daddy park page, so we're not able to view the live site. It also looks like you are using Weebly through a third party host. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to access your account or editor from our end. You'll need to reach out to your host, HostGator, directly.
