Making reference to an asset in a folder

I cant find out what I'm doing wrong when making reference to an asset in a folder. I made a folder and made refefrence to it in the url but no matter what I do, the second folder I created wont work.

The URL for anything in the Assets folder is /files/theme. If your site is mysite.com, and you added a file called myfile.jpg to the Assets folder then the URL fo the file would be mysite.com/files/theme/myfile.jpg

Try download your theme, then importing it as a new theme and using that with your site.

Tried, the same, cannot access the app-ads.txt file

Theme name is Paget96CustomTheme

Tried this and none works
