Making a Photo not cropped

I am trying to put a photo on my header. It will not let me put the full sized photo one. It keeps cropping it. I want to have the full length of the photo. How do I change this? My webstie it www.sbrolfing.com, and the picture I am talking about is the one right on my current landing page.

Thank you. I was looking at the header image above. It looks like your site is actually one of our older themes and I'm not seeing any way to change the size of the image in the editor. The best route would be to update your theme to one of our newer, responsive themes. You may need to rebuild the header content, but the rest of your website content will carry over. You can preview any of the themes by clicking Themes>Change Theme and then preview on any of the themes listed. Hope this helps you out!
