Make logo bigger or centre it

My website is www.diapersaway.ca My logo is SO tiny right now. How do I either a) enlarge it or b) centre it and enlarge it?

I wish they would fix that. Even when you enlarge it it’s still tiny

The reason for the small size is because of the theme used. If you post your site I can give you some suggestions!
