Issues with Displaying Pictures

Hi all,

I have an issue with pictures in the editor. The pictures I upload are not displayed, rather they are shown as icons. The problem occurs for pictures I upload as image or slideshow. If I upload pictures as gallery, it works fine. I have tried to relog, restart computer, delete the cache, cookies and browser history as well, as it was suggested in similar questions and answers in the forum. However, nothing has helped. Does somebody has idea how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Bernadette the internal site name is '2' and the site has no official address as of now. I also cannot publish the site to check if the pictures are displayed there, as it would require to take the website that is currently used down. On the page, you would find the issue under 'Home'.

I see what you mean, @Rayfood. Can you try to temporarily change the theme to see if the image is able to upload? Is this a copy of a different site? If so, can you confirm which one?

The problem is likely caused by using a customized template (=any minor adjustments in the code of a standard template counts as such). I copied the original website again and the pictures are shown, both newly uploaded one's and the one's that were copied.
