Is there any way to sort my stories? They are showing up in a random order.

The first story uploaded is the middle one, the most recent is the first one.

Those are sorted by date, but since they're all the same date it's probably sorting them by something else. Go to the story page in the website editor and click on the date option on the left. Check the Override automatic date setting option, then adjust the date the post. If you have them dated Feb 8, 9, and 10, for example, that should get them in the right order.

I cannot find this "override automatic date setting"... which page is it on?

Go to the story page within the website editor, then click on the story header that has the title and date. Next, click on the Date option on the left and you should then see the checkbox.
