created story page not showing up under submenu

good day,

I created a story page with an Affiliate product that I have reviewed (have done this before with other pages) 

then I created a standard page that explains the menu for that particular product i.e affiliate tools... then I went to the site navigation menu setup and put the story page under the standard page as a submenu page, but this story page is refusing to show up under my standard page as a dropdown. I try to add links in the standard page to link to the standard page and then when i publish my site, that text group also disapears.

all my other product review on story pages are showing like normal. I have no idea what the problem is now with my website. please help.

Same here. Story pages don’t seem to be publishing at all. Other page types work fine
