Images not Loading

When I go to add a product image, it seems to load just fine from my computer, but after I hit save, the image is not there. It just shows a blank box. Same if I go to add additional images to an existing product, the new ones I'm adding aren't showing up.

And I've already cleared history and cache and that didn't fix it.

looks like the problem has been fixed.  all the images loaded are showing up.

same here i've cleared cache and cookies, delete the product and re added it.

good thing we are just loading up placeholders, i would be really upset if this was live right now....

Hi I'm currently having the same problem, and did the same clear history and cache and logged out and back in again and restarted my internet browser too but no joy, can I do anything else??

It has now resolved and I've been able to upload the images. I left it 24 hours and came back to it and now they have loaded. Thank you for replying though!!

Hi @artist50526 I know we had some syncing/upload image queues last week, but I believe it was resolved. Can you please confirm the page you are having an issue with? Is it a product image, category image, regular image, etc.. Thanks!

I have the same problem, some images doesnt load even if they are in .jpeg/jpg.a the others. It is mosly in the ''product'', but most of them won't show anywhere. Can someone help me ^^

EDIT:

Actually i found a way to add the image of the article by another way.

The same problem is now when i'm trying to upload some image in ''my image''

is there a weight limit for pictures?

There is a size limit for image files, although it's pretty large. If you switch to a different browser does it work for you?

I am having issues with this. I am loading images and products to my page and they are not showing up on the website.

Thanks for posting about it, @lkatdare. Can you post a link to a page of your website where the images are not showing even though the items do have images within the site editor/store builder?

Hi,

I am having the same issue as many others have experiences where I try to load pictures to a slideshow or gallery and the blue bar completes the upload but no pictures show up. I have tried different picture file types, different browsers, turning off browser extensions, restarting my computer, logging out of weebly, uploading pics from computer and dragging pics in, but I still cannot get the photos to appear. No error mesage or anything shows up- ity just do not appear after they "load" in, leaving me with the original page saying "upload photos from computer or drag in". Please help me asap as my job is dependent upon this today.

Hi @lj321 Can you confirm the file size and type for one of the images that will not upload? Can you also confirm which browser you are using? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

Have you tried using a different browser in private or incognito mode?

I'm having the same problem. Can't seem to get my variations to all show up. Some of them do, some of them don't. Very frustrating and losing sales because people can't see what I'm selling
