I turned headers off, but they're still showing up when others load my page

Hello!

  I just redesigned my website yesterday.  When I view the website online, I don't see the headers that I have "Turned Off" in the builder.  But anyone else who loads my site still sees the generic image that came with the theme at the top of every page.  Any ideas?

Neither do i!?!?!  They sent me screenshots of it on their laptop?

Sounds like a caching issue. Maybe whoever sent you the screenshot needs to clear their browser cache?
