I am trying to use SECTIONS, but not able to delete and element added to Section

Need help quickly....I am trying to use Sections and add Elements to the sections....except that Weebly will not allow me to get access to the controls (like "X", etc) so that I can make changes, delete mistakes, etc.   Sometning is bad wrong, but I cannot find out why.....
