I Need help as I Can't Log in to edit my website

My Site (Rangeley Lakes Historical Society) dashboard was easily accessed by the "Favorites" icon on my computer.

I tried logging in and didn't accept my password. Then I tried entering my old password. My friend set the program up for me and entered email address as rangeleyhistorical@gmail.com I don't have that email account. Or Did we not pay our bill? Please help. What can I do to speak with someone or Live chat?
