How to make visitors click on a button before click on other button

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie on weebly, I really want to know how we can make a button that is non-clickable, but it's clickable after the visitor finish some tasks, like: click on other button.

For example, I found this site: http://download-lastdayonearth156.weebly.com/. They make their visitorss click on a button one by one.

You'd probably need to do use custom codeing, or a third party widget or app. Is this a form you'd like to add to your site?
