How to make the footer full width on "Brisk"

this doesn't seem tied to the Theme Option for full width, is there a simple CSS fix?

You are correct that this is not part of the Brisk theme since this particular theme uses a left panel navigation. 

I'm not sure if it would be possible to correct with CSS, but another user on here might be able to provide some suggestions if you post a link to your live site.
