Hi MJ,

To create sub pages, click the PAGES tab, then indent the page you want to be a sub page by dragging the page tab on the left side bar to the right.

Hey @MJ!

Are you looking to add submenus to your site navigation, or a drop-down menu on a contact form?

Hi, great explanation. However, I have got another question. I can see that when I click on About, it head me over that page. I don´t want it to do that, I want to let Contact enabled and disabled About. I hope I make clear. Thank you very much for your help.

I have a drop down menu on the far left hand side of my online creative writing magazine. That being said, I can not get the drop down menu to count past issue seven, it will not reveal issue eight at all. Would you be able to be of asistance to me? Thanks in advance.

Hey @Degenerate1! It looks like your issue 8 page isn't nested under the Issues page on the page tab.  If you drag it up to where Issue 7 is it should show for you.

How can I make a button that links to a drop-down menu? (i.e., when someone clicks on the button the menu drops down.)

Thanks,

Jake

That might be possible through custom coding in an Embed Code element, although you'd need to be familiar with client-side scripting like Javascript and jQuery.

How about a drop-down menu where the Tab text is not a page, but just a hover button of sorts where the nested page titles appear, but without the tab page being a page?image

In the above example, what we're shooting for is to not have the About page be a page, just a Tab folder granting access to the individual About pages, rather than a page unto itself. Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Do you mean creating a menu item that doesn't have a page, but instead reveals the sub-menu?

If so, when you create the top level menu page, select the 'non-clickable menu' page type.  This will allow you to nest other menus below it, but the top level menu won't have its own page.

What about in the new weebly editor.  having a hell of a time switching over.... doesn't seem to be an option to have a "non-clickable" page?

Hi Weebly community,

I have tried all the suggestions and can't get a drop down menu to work on my site.

I have got the subpages nested under the main page, and I have also tried a non-clickable menu page but when I hovered over it, nothing showed up as a sub-menu, and obviously you couldn't click on it.

Has anyone got any advice on what to try next to get a submenu to show up when I hover over the navigation menu?

Thanks so much for you help.

It looks like all your subpages are hidden from your navigation menu, @Cat2. In order for the submenu to show, the pages you want showing in the submenu need to not be hidden from your site navigation.

Hi there. I'm not sure what you mean by this. You are unable to drag/drop on the Pages tab?
