How do I create a subdirectory /blog/ ?

I want the blog on my site to be structured exactly as Weebly's own blog, including:

(1) a page with the URL  'example.com/blog'   that displays a list of blog posts.  Each item in the list is just a headline and a text blurb describing what it's about (plus sometimes a picture.)

2) individual blog post pages with the URLs  'example.com/blog/blog-post-name-1', 'example.com/blog/blog-post-name-2' etc.

I can't find anything anywhere that tells me how to do this - but Weebly's own blog is set up this way, so it must be possible?

Can this be accomplished on Weebly?  Or do I need to switch to WordPress?

Thanks

Your blog will be setup like that automatically, @smart_asana.  For example, if you add a blog page to your site and call the page "blog", the URL of the page will be mysite.com/blog, and your blog posts will have URLs like mysite.com/blog/my-post.html.

If you upload files while editing a theme you can have them in a subdirectory.  If you make a folder called "test" as a subdirectory of Assets (you'll see this in the sidebar in theme editor), then anything in there will have a directory structure like this on the live site:  /files/theme/test

It's currently titled as "Articles."  how do I switch the title to "Blog"?

Click on Pages, then the page name on the left. You should see the option to change the page name. If you post a link to your site I can confirm. Thanks!
