How can i edit HTML for menu and logo?

Hi,

I am an experienced developer who usually codes and uses WordPress. Right no I am helping my client with her Weebly site, and i have a few issues i am looking for insight on:

• How can i edit the menu's HTML and or CSS. I need to style it differently.
  • Do i need a code editor / app? I searched support and it mentioned code editor - i searched in Apps and did not see a "code editor".
• When i create new text elements in the builder, it makes the text two different fonts - where is this set? I am having to copy elements that have the correct font, and highlight the duplicated text, and then paste the text i need in its place and then it is the preferred font. How can i get around this?

We have what i think is the "free" version if that's important.

do u have an editor page that looks like this ?

Ignore   my details      lol

U can acceess the   html  by clickking THEMES on the top bar   and then    on the bottom  left  ull see EDIT HTML/CSS

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL EDITOR 

If u do not see the editor page as shown above u will have the newer editor experience     where it is NOT possible to edit the html
