How can i change the picture on the dashboard ?

I would like to know, how can i change the small picture on my dashboard ?

The picture is on the left on the top next to the website name.

Hello. The image is coming from the header image on your home page. If you want to change it, open the editor and click on Pages, then the first page listed on the left. Change the dropdown from "no header" to "header" and edit the image. Then you can change the dropdown back to "no header". Hope that helps!
