How can I link to a "category" instead of one blog post only?

I'd like to have Category sections on my home page for my blog but can figure out how to link to all the blog posts for "lifestyle" or "cooking" (for example) and not just a single blog post.  Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

The easiest way to do that is to copy the URL of your category page from the sidebar link on your live site, then use that with the external link option. That works with both regular text/button/image links and as a page on the pages tab.
