How can I add a checkbox without it leading to anything?

I would like to add a checkbox to a list of words without it leading to anything, such as a form.

Is there such a function within weebly?

Hi KH Seet. Are you adding the checkboxes as a visual? I just want to clarify that the site visitor will not be checking the boxes at all.

Yes, it was more of a novelty.

I found the codes to add checkboxes via, that didn't do anything.

Then I discovered the Poll APP that allowed me to provide an overall statistical view of the responses.
