Oh how I wish Weebly would go back to their old ways with Live Chat.  This was always so helpful and immediate whereas having withdrawn the facility we now have to wait days for assistance.  I am sure that most people like me require almost instant help. No doubt the blame is being put on Brexit, Covid and therefore working from home and finally here in the UK the shortage of lorry drivers.

@hstisbury    Weebly is USA based.. but was taken over by Square  

more people are on weebly then ever before...   and many dt know how to use it, nor their computer... they want weebly to do impossible things  and thus clog up the help facility.

What happens when you try to contact the team? Do you only see the email option? Are you reaching out during support hours? Mon-Fri 6am-6pm PST, Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PST

I originally contacted the Team by email as that was the only option available to me and seems to be that way all the time now.  All I received back was the standard reply.

This happened some weeks ago with another of my sites and it was over a week before I received a reply
