Help request form froze in step 3 saying "verifying" and copying site froze "copying copy app"

I tried to make a copy of my site twice and it froze twice and has been frozen now for a week and says "copying copy app" and I cannot select the unfinished copy to undo the copy process either!

I tried all the suggestions I found on the community, without having found a solution yet. As I try to send a help request via the contact form/mail to weebly , it does not complete step 3 (sending) as it continuous to spin around with the message "verifying". Possibly related? Anybody knows how to get out of this? Thanks

I'm not sure what caused that to happen, @bartb, so I removed the stalled copies and started a new one. It looks like that copy completed successfully.
