Header Image too Large on Mobile

I have been searching for a solution. My header image is fine on the desktop, but on mobile it only shows a very small portion of it. I have tried using images of smaller size, and I even changed the HTML from cover to contain and 100%, however even when I change it, if I inspect the element it still has whatever I added AND cover still on there. I'm wondering if it is something that Weebly has that I cannot change. Any help would be appreaciated. It's the header on https://enticesalon.weebly.com

It may have to do with the custom theme, but unfortunately Weebly employees are not able to assist with custom coding. I bet there is someone here on community that can help you out with that, though.
