HTML Editor?

When I am editing a page in Weebly, is there a way to view and edit the actual HTML source code? For example, I would like to manually adjust the widths of tables and set them to an exact value.   Also, manually adjust the size of images, rather than use the "drag to size" feature.

If you are comfortable editing the code you can access it from Theme>Edit html/css. Keep in mind if you edit this area you theme will be considered "custom" and you may receive limited assistance from support. Can you clarify what you mean by adjust the widths of the tables? Also, it might be easier to edit your image before you upload it to the editor.
