Gallery photos not showing

I uploaded 9 photos on my gallery home page, but only 6 photos show up. The 9 show up on the editor page, but not on the published page.

What file type were those images? I converted one to .jpg for you and they seem to be working 😃 So you are all set. I would recommend using .jpg image files if possible.

Very good! I am ready to log back into your account. The end goal is to have a gallery that works with all of your images though right? I just ask because the gallery was gone when I went in.

Not going to lie, I think it deleted because we both were logged into the editor at the same time. I have the images backed up and I am going to dig in and see if it works for me and not for you again.  Few questions, What browser are you using to log into the editor? Are you using a mobile device such as a tablet or cell phone?

@NickyLimes No worries. It has happened before whenever I wanted to add a new photo to an existing gallery. Safari and Chrome.

I have replicated the issue and I am now going to take the necessary steps to get this fixed. I will need you and also the owner of the site to stay logged out until further notice so that I can get this fixed. One last thing before you log out, add the gallery one more time and do not publish. I forgot one of the images and I want a nice clean copy of it. I also need to replicate for my Top Tier support so we can get this fixed ASAP. Just let me know in here when once you added the gallery and I am hoping this will be the last time you have to 😃  You can upload all 9 images at once by selecting them all and dragging them. If you are adding the duplicate image one at a time just add the 7 images that I need and I will make sure to add the duplicates to the gallery.

I added two galleries. Add your captions and try to publish. Please use Safari when doing this. I was able to add all jpg's and also add png's and publish without deleting. If it fails I just might have it narrowed down.  Let me know.

I found it.  When you link the image to a blog page it is causing the error. I am going to do a workaround of grabbing the direct link instead of selecting the post. If this works then I can setup your gallery and get this problem fixed. Give me 5 more minutes.
