Form is not recording all submissions

Hi there,

I built a new submission form and had 4 people (including myself) test it out. I only recieved 2 of the 4 entries. My own was one of the entries not going through. I tried multiple times and still nothing. Please help.

It looks like the button on that page links to a Google form, @TLYB. Did you remove the Weebly-made form from the site?

Yeah, I had to. We had started accepting submissions so I had to improvise
