Form Entries

The information submitted by users into one of my forms isn't showing, either in the app, or on the site editor.

However, on some of them, it only shows one of the answers. Previosuly, I have been able to see the answers submitted to all 20 of the form entries

Have you made any changes to the form recently, @AirCadet101? Were all of the fields required before?

No, I have not changed the form, and yes, all the fields are required.

I had to check the responses yesterday, and they all appeared in the corrct format - the issue I'm having now, started today.

Cheers

Ok, and some of the same entries showed more data previously? Can you try exporting your form entries and let me know if the info is included with the export?

Hi Adam,

I have just exported them into Excel, and thankfully, there all appear to be there.

Do you have any idea why they are not showing on the Weebly app, or on the editing suite?

Cheers again

I'm seeing any obvious cause, although I just opened a ticket with our engineers so they can see why it isn't displaying.

Thank you very much - I really appreciate it!

Whilst I have your attention, I was wondering if you could provide me with an explanation as to why we can't edit the mobile version of the websites we produce? At the moment, this is the biggest bane of my life!

Thanks again

No problem!

Your site content and design simply change how they behave depending on screensize, so right now there isn't actually a separate site to edit. It's all the same site just displaying differently.

One thing I've found that can really, really help, is the Hide app:

Say you've got some images and text laid out in a way that looks great on desktop, but really weird on mobile devices. You can use one Hide element set to display only on desktop for how you have it now, then use another element that only displays on mobile, copy your elements to that, then arrange them in way that looks better on mobile.

The apps are ever-evolving, but I'm not sure when and what features will be added to future versions. You are always more than welcome to submit the feedback as a Vote on Feature
