I recently changed all the fonts on my websites to Aller and now I have problems with typing and the bad formatting from those fonts, especially with spacing and italicizing. Is this a problem from changing the fonts or the compatibility with the theme currently used on my website?

I’m seeing this problem while editing (I have to double space to get one space in the editor but it actually double spaces on the published site which is fustrsting).
I see what you mean, @Webbyguru. Curiously, if you keep typing after pressing space once the space will then appear. Is this the only font that does this for you? I think it's a Google font, so I wonder if something happened with the font at Google.
