File Upload in Form

We're trying to add a file upload section to a form on our website but can't see an option to. Is this possible?

Can you post a link to your site, @drummerdancer? Is the contact form already on your website, and you are unable to edit it to add the file upload option?

The form isn't on the site yet, but it would be similar to this form: https://www.forreelapparel.com/highland-connection-application

We just want people to be able to upload their studio logo for us in a separate application form if that's possible?

Thank you. I don't believe this is possible (yet) with the Square Online editor. However, you can embed a third party form like Jotform (or any other third party form) onto your site using the Embed Code section. 

I believe there is also an integration with Jotform under the Apps section of your dashboard. 😊
