Facebook plugin comments

Hi, I am having a big trouble with facebook comments plugin. I spoke to one of your employees and they didn't fix the problem. It seems like I am the only one undergoing this problem and I need someone to take a look at the facebook comment code.

Pretty much all the blog posts comments are wiped out to zero and no one can post any comment. To add, the facebook like button is gone too. I tried searching about this but no solution. This is a big issue for my blog and I need all the comments restored back. I am currently using Facebook For developer page to reply to my old comments but for my upcoming posts I want to keep the fb comment system so I don't lose the old ones. Anyways, this started to happen 3 days ago. Please help me out? Website is www.clairebearblogs.com

It's not the comments app i am using. When you navigate to Settings and then Blog, under Comments, you can choose either default, disqus or facebook. I selected facebook and I've been using it with not one single problem until now. It's still selected as facebook and I didn't had to change or add 3rd party comment section. So all of a sudden along with facebook comments and likes, it's gone.

See photos below. When I edit the post I see all the comments and like button.

When I update, as a viewer, I can't see anything and when I click the comments, nothing pops up.

Hi @clairebeary94 Do you remember when you first noticed the comments not showing? Had you recently published the website, or did you notice the change after publishing?

So as soon as I posted the delicious macarons in houston post, which was few days ago, visitors told me that they cannot find the comment section to comment on. Then I went to check and it was acting up like the image above. And then I realized all of the comments from my previous posts from the start were all gone. Before that, I haven't had an issue.

I am also having problems with safari where I cannot log in. Keep getting pop ups like these or where it says facebook.com/widget/.. and it constantly freezes on both safari and chrome. I am not sure why these are all happening now.

I wonder if it is an issue with the Webnots server. I'm going to dig into this a little to see if I can confirm this happening with other users.

Any progress? My plan is renewing soon and I want to make sure these are fixed before I do.

Do you have any apps or custom code installed on your site, @clairebeary94? I see some Javascript errors for your site from something made by Widgetic. Try removing the app or widget they made and re-publishing; it's possible it's causing problems with Facebook's own code.

Omg, I tried removing unused 3rd party apps and the header code, and now it's showing!! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it.
