Effects On Weebly

Im starting an online shop and can't get effects like reveal on scroll. I know weebly designer has them but its worse than Weebly.com so I don't wanna use it. If there are effects, can somebody tell me how to add them If their aren't, PLEASE ADD THEM!

Thanks for confirming. It is only possible to use "reveal on scroll" in the navigation section.

How do you do it

Click on the header area, then click Section Style. You will see the option to "reveal on scroll up".
