Delete current site and replace with new one

I have tried to do what others say, to delete my current site with the "Weebly Pro Site" but it says "To delete a site with a plan, please contact our Customer Success team.". I want to delete and transfer my Pro status to my new site I just built.

I had to send an email yesterday but it then says "due to high volume..." so will I hear back so I can use one of my other sites I just created from scratch?

BTW- others say you should just delete all your pages on your current site to start over so you dont have to do all this but I found that layout was never quite the same and I would have to do a ton of work to change everything rather than just delete it and start a new one.  Maybe I am missing something but this was the main reason I chose Weebly over Wix or others because they do not let you change your theme once you have picked one.

Hi @josh1234567 Weebly is a bit similar when it comes to switching themes.. basically, when you choose a theme at the beginning of creating your site, all of the example content becomes a part of your site. If you try to switch themes, the content/layout will look the same because again, the content is now part of your site. The main differences you will see when switching themes on an edited site is navigation/logo placement, and font options. 

Is your new site the one titled "Demo Site Testing Only - Don't Use"? Do you also need us to unlink the custom domain when we move the service?
