Dashboard not working. Cannot get onto my website to edit or add anything

As of yesterday I cannot get onto my website via the Dashboard to add/edit. Iv'e tried contacting support through chart and email and haven't gotten a response as of yet. Anyone having this issue? I've tried multiple browsers, no luck. I keep getting, "something went wrong" message. I've used Chrome, Edge Explorer, and Brave browser.

Same. I tried adding and editing some new products in my Weebly item library last night and today. Photos won't upload, and new changes won't save at all. Hoping this will be a quick fix! Our business is basically scraping by with curbside shipping, and delivery options right now.

Well you've gotten farther than me. lol I guess it's because of increased traffic. I just wanted to add the ability to purchase via the website. I'm going to try and offer mail delivery for now. Good luck with your business.

I've had many of our items on the online eCommerce option for over a year. They've improved the functionality and options a lot in a year. I'm just now using it. It is a chore to set up at first. Especially if you have a large inventory of items for sale. Good luck to you as well!

I have had LOTS of trouble with the Edit Site function; since January.  I've used Firefox, now Chrome.  Same problem.  Getting on Dashboard is easy... but try to get to Edit is a chore.  Today, I spent over 10 minutes reloadiing... reloadiing... reloadiing... with no success.

Doesn't someone at Weebly have the fix to this?  C'mmon guys, you can figure it out!!

You are forcing people to reconsider using your platform at all.  Too much trouble.

I have used Firefox and Chrome browsers.

cloud05 mentions in first message the browers Chrome, Edge Explorer, and Brave were tried.

Do you have a separate internet connection you can test out briefly? Perhaps mobile data on your phone?

No I do not have a separate internet connection on my phone.  With all due respect, your answers seem like avoidance, to me.  The 'Edit Site' button that is on the Dashboard does not produce the function to edit the site.  Instead, it is either a blank screen or an error message.  This happens with repeated reloads/refreshes.  I am having trouble with the idea that it is the browsers' fault.

I can load the site in the editor, @sueyoung. This would mean the loading issue is a local issue. Who is your internet service provider? Do you have a different device you can test out? Have you tried resetting your modem/network devices? The easiest way to do this is to unplug the devices and wait at least 60 seconds before plugging back in.

I am having the same problem, is there a phone we can call to get you guys to fix this issue, like hundreds of others, all i get is white screen with my dash board. I need to talk to someone soon, otherwise I will have to find another site to go to.

There's a few different reasons this can happen, @Dwight. Can you let us know the browsers you have tried? Do you have a different device and/or internet connection you can test out?

I have a similar issue.  I can edit into my site that I am a contributer to but my dashboards links are grey stripes and won't load. I have tried clearing my cache, changing to updated firefox and chrome.  I turned off all addons and still did not work.  Had my friend try his on chrome on his phone and he said he could get into hit but then it blicked to the strips.

So...what is going on?
