Cookies Pop Up is not displayed

Hello everyone,

I would like to activate the Cookies Pop Up for my customer, but it doesn't work:

The normal pop-up does not work and also the app "Cookie Deactivation" does not work:

Thanks for reaching out, Steffe. The cookie banner is not working at the moment, and we recommend using a third party option. 

I'm not familiar with the app "cookie deactivation". Is that in our App Center, or did you find it through a third party?

Hi @Marquisjewelers Thanks for posting.

I believe this is the only cookie app we have available in the App Center. 

I've seen a few users recommend Cookie Bot as well, although I have not personally tested it out.
