As a suggestion... it would be great if photos (from customers) could be pasted  to the contact form, as most of our customers contact us for quotes.

If your site is upgraded to Pro or higher you can add a file upload field to your form - that should let your customers upload an image file with their form submission, @jenmac.

I fully understand what you are looking for, I also searched this for a long time! I found the ConvertCalculator form generator that met all my expectations. It is a dynamic form creator. It allows you to easily create a form to embed on your website. Customers can easily upload images. I use this tool and it brought me very good results.
